A UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate digital experiences. You'll bring together creativity, user insights, and cutting-edge design practices to ensure our digital products remain engaging, accessible, and innovative. You design user-friendly interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals You will work with the outcomes of user research and collaborate closely with your fellow UX researchers By designing engaging prototypes, wireframes, and innovative concept designs you turn user research insights into impactful solutions You have experience working with design systems and love contributing to their growth, helping us build scalable solutions that strengthen our brands You collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring those designs to life You take the lead in organizing and facilitating dynamic workshops on new and existing features, collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams You are a trendwatcher and love to stay informed about the latest insights in UX/UI to introduce fresh ideas to the team Your team includes colleagues that work in different entities across Antwerp and Amsterdam. Our hybrid working policy gives you the flexibility to work from home the rest of your time, or to join your team at the office after all. Therefore you are fluent in English and Dutch. Speaks for itself that you have knowledge of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Thanks to at least 5 years of experience in UX design, your strong portfolio showcases your UX skills and your interest in UI. You will join Technology & Product Studio (TPS), Mediahuis' Group IT & data department, where passion, innovation, and customer focus come together in the dynamic media landscape. More specifically you will join the Group Design Team.
