You will also be the main point of contact for our local specialists and aid them in their operational activities, with reporting on employee data, and maintaining compliance with global operational guidelines.Most importantly, be a guardian of our Credo and Code of Business Conduct! Our structured development plan will prepare you for increasingly sophisticated challenges and allow you to grow as a dedicated HR Professional.roles and responsibilitiesAnswer employee and people leader inquiries regarding HR policies, performance management, employment law, and contracts using a ticketing systemAdvance complex inquiries to our local team and collaborate on their resolutionInteract with and provide insights to labor relations representativesAct as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organizationCreate disciplinary and termination documentsCreate Excel reports based on employee dataIdentify and guide continuous improvement projectshow to succeedExperience in a similar position within Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
