About the Organization

Our client is an international player specializing in the construction of modern industrial infrastructure, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. To strengthen their European HR team, they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a European scope.

Your New Role

Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for people, culture, and growth? Then this role as HR Business Partner might be perfect for you! In this position, you will work closely with team leads and managers, acting as a trusted advisor. You will support onboarding, performance management, well-being, and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will actively participate in retention projects and HR initiatives that contribute to a strong company culture. You will be based at the office in Vilvoorde and are willing to travel to other European offices biweekly.

Your Profile

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with at least 5 years of experience in an international context? Then you might be the colleague we're looking for! You are independent, take initiative, and show ownership. You speak fluent English; other languages are a plus. You are willing to travel regularly and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
