Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (Manufacturing)

My client a global organization currently have an urgent requirement for a HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this position you will play a key role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment involving operators, unionized staff, and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational HR Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, actively participating in leadership team meetings.
Present absenteeism insights and drive mitigation and improvement plans.
Manage urgent and sensitive employee relations cases, including operator conflicts and union-related matters.
Lead disciplinary processes, including delivering warning letters and facilitating corrective actions.
Maintain strong, constructive relationships with employee representatives and unions.
Strategic HR Support
Contribute to talent discussions and succession planning in close collaboration with HR colleagues.
Partner on key strategic HR projects (e.g., absenteeism programs, reintegration initiatives, leadership development).
Work closely with HR Operations and Learning teams for seamless HR service delivery.
Requirements
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including direct experience with the responsibilities listed above.
Manufacturing experience Blue-collar workforce exposure required.
Fluency in French and English required
