Mission OverviewWe are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in Talent Management to support our client’s HR transformation initiatives. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on project involvement and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least 2 days per week in Gosselies, with the flexibility for remote work as agreed upon with the manager. Additional on-site days may be requested depending on business needs. Due to limited public transport access to the Gosselies site, a driving license and vehicle are essential. Occasional travel to other sites may also be required.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business PartnershipAct as the primary link between HR centres of expertise and business units.Provide strategic support to managers in the application and implementation of HR policies.Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and standards.Participate in departmental meetings and keep stakeholders informed on HR updates and initiatives.Talent ManagementContribute to the rollout of strategic talent initiatives such as potential development, succession planning, and critical role mapping.Collaborate on projects involving talent assessment and capability building.Required Skills ExperienceTechnical SkillsProven experience (7+ years) as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Acquisition.Strong knowledge of talent management processes including:Skills managementSuccession planningCritical function identificationPotential analysisExperience working with Talentsoft or similar HR tools (preferred).Language RequirementsFluent in French (C2 level) – written and spoken.Soft SkillsAnalytical and pragmatic thinkerProactive and innovative mindsetStrong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationshipsCollaborative team playerResults-oriented and solution-focused
