You contribute to a strong employee experience, support performance and growth, and help drive key HR initiatives that prepare the organization for the future.Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, goals, and operational needs.Support the development and retention of employees by implementing talent management strategies, career development plans, and succession planning.Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs that support the growth of employees and help prepare future workforce.Assist in managing performance processes, including regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal-setting to ensure alignment with business objectives.Implement and support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, fostering a collaborative and positive, inclusive work environment.Contribute to key HR projects, including process optimization, automation, and digitalization, driving efficiency across the HR function.Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, addressing employee relations, performance issues, and organizational changes.This role provides a broad scope of responsibilities with the potential to grow in depth and impact over time.
