Introduction / General Purpose:We're seeking a Senior HR Manager for Central Europe (CE - BeNeLux and DACH) to join a global Food Manufacturing company. This pivotal role supports the continued growth of the CE organization across six countries. As the HR Manager, you'll implement and adapt HR policies, strategies, and initiatives, aligning them with the overall business strategy. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in management and leadership development within CE as part of an international management restructuring aimed at balancing growth between the US and EU markets.Tasks and Responsibilities:Act as a strategic business partner within the CE management team.Lead organizational design and transformation to meet set targets.Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures.Support performance-driven and entrepreneurial culture.Manage the full employment cycle and ensure legal compliance.Develop recruitment and retention strategies.Implement leadership development and succession planning.Enhance employer branding and employee satisfaction.Facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts.Coach and mentor local HR teams for operational excellence.Profile Description:Education, Knowledge, and Experience:Master's degree or equivalentMinimum 8 years HR experience in mid-sized industrial companiesVery good knowledge of Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plusTechnical Competencies:Good knowledge of Belgian social law; knowledge of other countries' laws is advantageousExperience with change management is desirablePersonal Competencies:Entrepreneurial and action-orientedTeam player with strong negotiation and communication skillsFlexible yet organized, adept at problem-solvingAbility to develop positive working relationships and embrace cultural diversity
