Our customer, a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation, is currently looking for a:Industrial Controlling ManagerWho will lead the industrial controlling activities of the plant, reporting to the Plant Controlling Manager and managing a team of 5 people, acting as a business partner.Main TasksBudgeting and Forecasting• Elaboration of the budget scenario• Monthly update of rolling forecast (Risk and Opportunity vs. last forecasting scenario)• Preparation and communication of the industrial costsPreparation of Operations Profit Loss• Perform routine analysis on financial statements or financial information for all financial statements:Sensitivity / costs analysisVariance analysis cost-benefit analysisActual and Month End ClosingPreparation of Month end Closing activityPreparation and presentation of Month end analysisVariance Analysis and improvement proposalPreparation of Standard Costs (including industrial trials)Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports and dashboardsPreparation and review of DCF planningOverhead Planning and Actualizing• Collaborate with Support functions in the activity of:OVH Budget ForecastingOVH Actual and delta analysisBusiness decision and Compliance Support:Acting as a Business PartnerSupport the local management team in providing advice and consultancy to line Managers in the decision-making process for key financial issuesAssist with ad-hoc financial requests as and when requiredDatabase Management• Full ownership to provide database management and ensure integrity of data within systems used in reporting function for Essbase, Hyperion, HFM, Power BI, SAP FI-CO, Kronos, Scope, Pack OfficeRequirements• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration• 5 years of experience in controlling. A previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred• Budget and Forecast knowledge• Understanding of Financial Statements and Operations processes• Good communication, problem solving and planning skills• Positive and open-minded attitude• SAP Knowledge preferred• Good knowledge of French and English.
