Our mission is to "ensure reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure that supports Euroports’ business goals and innovation".ResponsibilitiesAs an Infrastructure System Engineer, you are responsible for managing and optimizingour ICT infrastructure and will work with a wide range of technologies and play a crucialrole in ensuring the continuity and security of our systems. This is a senior role where youwill focus almost fulltime on IT projects on the group level for Euroports.Job content:Process management: Mapping new and existing processes with a focus on ICT, ensuring standardization, digitalization and optimization.Infrastructure management: Ensuring the continuity of the ICT infrastructure in a virtualized environment, including installation and updates of clients, architecture and servers.Initiative: Proposing initiatives to further optimize the existing ICT environment.Team player: A real team player, you have the flexibility to excel in teamwork as well as on an independent project basis.Communication: Effective communicator with an enthusiastic approach to work, you like to share your knowledge and experience with your ICT and non-ICT colleagues.IT Security: The new way of thinking, awareness and knowledge.Projects: playing an active role in IT infrastructure projects: consolidation of domains decommissioning of old domains, continuing the migration towards Azure, NIS 2 Security, automatization projects, lift the overall level of quality on IT operationsSupport: Provide third line support for operational/support teams, incident response, system monitoring, patching of systems and supporting good team spirit. Installation, maintenance and support of server infrastructure and related software components.Ownership : Own technology for which you are ultimately responsible and investigate continuous improvement.QualificationsFor this role we are looking for someone who answers to:Experience:A bachelor's degree in Electronics -ICT or equivalent experience.2 to 7 years minimum of experience in a similar position. In the maritime sector or in the customer sector is a plus.Technical knowledge required:Azure Services: Management of Azure services including Virtual Machines (VMS) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), EntraExperience as an Azure AdministratorOffice 365 Management: Management of Office 365 services such as user accounts, email and collaboration tools.Active Directory and Windows Server Management: Management and maintenance of Windows Active Directory (AD) including domain controllers, domain trusts, sites, certificate authority and file server.Windows operating systems from Server 2008.Citrix Cloud: Patch management, image creation, application deploymentNetwork management: Cisco, routers, switches and access points.Barracuda Firewalls.Extra knowledge as a plus:Intune, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Linux, Docker, Mobile device management, Identity and Access Management (IAM)Knowledge of project and support methodology (ITIL)Languages: English and Dutch are essential.
