Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee creative projects, ensuring timely and on-brand deliverables while managing file organization, tool setup, and digital asset compliance. Proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required, along with strong communication and multitasking skills

What you'll do

Ensure that ongoing projects are on track, maintaining regular communication between designers and requestors.

Keep all project files organized and accessible, conducting regular checks for accuracy.

Manage branding requests, ensuring they are executed according to company guidelines.

Oversee the setup and maintenance of project management tools to support efficient workflows.

DAM (Digital Asset Management) System Management: Ensure the proper organization and accessibility of all digital assets within the DAM system.

What you bring

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative, design, or marketing environment.

Proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required.

Strong understanding of project management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, Dropbox, and DAM systems like Bynder.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with branding and design processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently, handle changing priorities, and meet deadlines
