About the posItion

Location: Wavre (BE)

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Inside Sales Assistant to support our commercial operations and contribute to the continued growth of our international client base. This role involves coordinating sales activities, preparing proposals, and providing administrative support to ensure an efficient and professional sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Client Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day support to the commercial and account management teams.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and client communications in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of client activity and sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals to strengthen client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service and customized solutions that strengthen client loyalty.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage sales documentation, reporting, and coordination of internal meetings.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Support the alignment between commercial, regulatory, and finance teams for smooth client delivery.
  • Contribute to lead generation activities and international market development initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not a must - relevant experience matters too!
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales support and/or inside sales within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in consulting, cosmetics, or scientific sectors.
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and online collaboration platforms.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international setting.
