Top Tier Access (TTA) – Brussels (preferred)
About Top Tier Access
Top Tier Access (TTA) is a private equity fund of funds investing internationally across leading buyout managers. We work with more than 300 investors — mainly entrepreneurs and family offices — and consider it a privilege to serve them. Today, we manage about EUR 400 million in assets. Our team is deliberately small. That tends to suit people who prefer responsibility to hierarchy. Our focus is straightforward: selecting high-quality private equity managers across Europe and North America. We try to operate with a certain consistency: markets are bigger than us, trust is earned slowly, and what we say internally should not differ from what we say externally.
The role
As Investment Management Principal, you will sit at the centre of the investment process. From first contact with managers to Investment Committee discussions, you will cover the full cycle. You will also act as a first filter for inbound opportunities. A fair number of funds knock on the door; not all should enter the room. Judgement, prioritisation and a sense of timing will matter, especially in balancing opportunities with the team's bandwidth.
TTA is actively expanding its product range, the incoming Principal will also contribute to shaping what comes next.
This is a role with ownership. And, at times, with travel.
What you will do
Who you are
A certain disposition helps: integrity over optics, a willingness to take decisions with incomplete information, and enough humility to know the market tends to have the final word.
Location
Our preference is for someone based in, or willing to relocate to, Brussels.
We can also consider candidates based in London, Amsterdam, Paris or any other city which connects well with Brussels per train, provided there is a willingness to spend time in Brussels on a regular basis.
What we offer
A central role in an international investment team where standards are high, hierarchy is light and mutual support is expected.
Applications: Please send your CV and a short motivation note to constance@toptieraccess.com
If you are comfortable saying "no" when needed, and "yes" only when it matters, we should probably speak.
