Why Apply? • Collaborate with recognised leaders in patents, trademarks, and regulatory IP • Handle high-stakes matters involving anti-counterfeiting, plant variety rights, and software piracy • Work with global clients across pharma, biotech, agro, sports, entertainment, and digital industries • Combine litigation and advisory work with a strategic, integrated approach • Most of the team's partners have spent their entire careers at the firm, a clear sign of both career development opportunities and genuine long-term satisfaction What You'll Be Doing • Represent clients in IP litigation, including patent and trademark disputes and enforcement actions • Advise on complex issues in regulatory IP, geographical indications, and parallel trade • Draft and negotiate IP-related commercial agreements • Contribute to strategic advisory work involving unfair competition, media and TMT • Work closely with partners and sector experts in a truly collaborative environment • You have 3 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation and/or advisory, preferably in a top-tier law firm • You are a Dutch or French native speaker with excellent command of English • You hold a Belgian Master in Law and are passionate about IP and innovation What's in It for You • Competitive salary between €7,500 and €9,500 gross/month dep...
