IT Program Manager – Telecoms (BSS & Billing)

Brussels, Belgium | Contract

Experienced IT Program Manager leading large-scale telecom transformation programs within the Customer Service domain, with a strong focus on BSS and billing systems.

• Delivered end-to-end IT programs driving digital transformation, AI adoption (chatbots/voicebots), and enhanced customer experience
• Deep expertise in Telco BSS, including billing systems, order management, and contact center platforms
• Led complex, multi-vendor environments, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and external partners
• Accountable for full program lifecycle: governance, risk management, delivery, testing, and budget control
• Strong background in system integration (APIs, web services, security)

Key impact: Reduced customer contact volumes, enabled self-service capabilities, and optimized operational costs through scalable BSS and billing solutions

knowledge of the systems used (Telco BSS).
