The client is looking for Brand Manager - FMCG - Non Food Sector to join his team in Brussels This company operates as a key player in the FMCG sector, offering a diverse portfolio of well-known household, personal care, and food brands. The Brand Manager - FMCG - Non Food Sector will have the following responsibilities : Monitor sell-in and sell-out data for the brands and market trends Track new product performance and competitive activity (new products, promotions, media) Oversee tools and materials to support marketing and sales Coordinate planning, logistics, and yearly marketing plans/trade presentations Develop advertising and consumer activation plans Manage new product launches Prepare and present category/country reviews to local and international stakeholders Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Manager on yearly budget preparation Define pricing models, track cost of sales, and oversee P&L performance 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management Experience in FMCG Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a knack for accuracy Proficient in data analysis, including Nielsen data (or similar tools) Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus) Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities Working within an international company with a pleasant working atmosphere Culture with human value...
