Responsibilities

• Development of a Business Unit
• Acquisition of new customers
• Management of existing customers
• Candidate sourcing
• Use of various job boards to search for CVs
• Publication of advertisements
• Follow-up with candidates
• Interviewing candidates in tandem with a manager

Required Skills

• To strengthen our team we are looking for someone (with or without experience) who can be trained
• Good communication skills, interested in technology and engineering.
• autonomous, curious and tenacious.
• You speak English, Dutch and/or French (at least 2 of the 3 languages).
• You hold a degree.
