In this way we offer optimal growth to our consultants and the best solutions for our customers.We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Life Sciences division in Belgium, based in Brussels.Main responsibilitiesFinding the right candidates in cooperation with the business managersUnderstanding the profile of the engineer to be hired in accordance with our client's requirementsHeadhunting and mapping processes between candidates and current open positionsStrategic and operational responsibility for the recruiting process, active sourcing, candidate pipelineFollow up on the recruitment process: first contact with candidates worldwide, explain both project and position, discuss availabilities and interestProgressively build your own network of expertsPlan interviews with business managers and follow-upBecome a trustful and reliable partner for your business managers by providing regular feedback about your assignment to support the development of their business unitsDraft and post job ads and manage the incoming applicationsParticipate in daily recruitment meetings with the business teamBring weekly and monthly recruiting reports to your managerMain requirementsFrench Mother tongue and C1 CEFR level of EnglishMaster in Human Resources or a related Business FieldDemonstrated experience in recruitment, especially in sourcing, at least 1-2 yearsKnowledge and efficient use of different sources (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter)Experience and knowledge in the Life Sciences market is a plusExcellent organizational, verbal and written communication skillsYou are curious, multitask, self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentTenacity and resilience will be real assets for this positionWhat ALTEN has to offerA permanent contractA salary package in line with your experience and extra benefits (meal vouchers, recovery days, insurances)The possibility to join a great team and be part of the success story of an international groupApply now and be a part of our amazing journey.
