About the Role:

Joining the QC System Document & Learning team within the Quality department of a major healthcare leader, you will support the implementation and maintenance of training processes for laboratory activities. Working alongside a Senior Designer, you will transform technical procedures into smooth, modern, and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design (Digital Focus): You will participate in creating and updating training modules—including e-learning, videos, and guides—using industry-standard tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline 360 and Camtasia.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: You will manage training matrices and learning paths within the internal "My Learning" system.

• Technical Documentation: You will support the drafting, review, and withdrawal of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Job Aids to ensure GxP compliance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: You will manage content translations and collaborate daily with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in both French and English.

Your Profile:

• Education: Scientific background (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Articulate 360 suite or video editing tools is a major asset.

• Knowledge: Understanding of regulated laboratory workflows (GxP) and basic instructional design principles for adult learners.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who is curious to learn new processes.
