CINOCO is a family-owned company, leading distributor of fine wines, champagnes and spirits in Belgium and Luxembourg. We are seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to develop sales of Spirits Wine products to Belgian and Luxembourg Off Trade customers. You will report to the Managing Director while being in permanent contact with your colleagues from Logistics, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing and Sourcing.Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key accounts like Colruyt, Delhaize, Intermarché, Carrefour, Jumbo, Cactus, Auchan, and many others.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, the promotional activities/plan and the annual business plan.Design and implement a strategic business plan by Brand – Key Account that expands the company's customer base.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team and during Business Reviews with the Brand Owners our Marketing Team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Oversee and evaluate market changes and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.A degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry ideally in the Belgian Drink ‘sector.Trilingual in Dutch, French and English.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Agility to generate new leads open new doors.A team spirit to lead your staff colleagues to our objectives.Offer Possibility to work from home: 1 days Groepsverzekering Bedrijfswagen Thuiswerk Perks BenefitsCompany Car Group Insurance, Home Working Day allowance, Bonus Plan.
