- Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including corporate records and resolutions.
- Coordinating and scheduling board meetings while ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Providing support to attorneys on diverse legal matters.
- Administrative Support and Coordination
- Managing lawyers' schedules and arranging meetings efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating files, as well as ensuring documents are properly recorded.
- Processing invoices and organizing travel arrangements.
- Operations and Logistics
- Managing supplier relations and overseeing inventory.
- Performing basic accounting tasks.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in law
- At least 2 years of professional experience within a law firm , where you developed a meticulous approach to file management.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Excellent written communication and organizational capabilities.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- A basic salary up to euros gross/year depending on your profile and experience. completed by a bonus to reward your hard work
