B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Manufacturing Tooling & Machining Process Engineer in our Aeronautics team.

As a Manufacturing Tooling & Machining Process Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processes and manufacturing methods
• Support and coordinate technical audits related to manufacturing processes
• Manage day-to-day cutting tool activities, including:
• tooling inventory monitoring
• supplier coordination and communication
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with consumables and tooling
• Collaborate with tooling suppliers and technology partners, while monitoring new technologies and industry developments
• Investigate tool failures, wear patterns, and machining issues, and propose corrective actions
• Provide technical support to production teams regarding tooling and machining challenges
• Define and participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new cutting tools
• Contribute to industrialization projects and process improvement initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and ability to work in an audit-driven environment
• Strong technical interest and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working close to production and shop floor teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities
• Capable of planning and following up on technical projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and structured problem-solving methods
• Experience with machine tools, machining processes, or cutting tools would be considered an advantage
