A chocolate production facility in Wieze is executing several

capacity expansion projects

across processing and packaging lines. They are looking for a

Mechanical Project Engineer

to lead installation and integration of processing equipment.

Role Responsibilities Lead installation of

chocolate processing equipment

including mixers, refiners, conches and tempering systems Design and coordinate

stainless steel piping systems (liquid chocolate, cocoa butter, ingredients) Oversee installation of

pumps, heat exchangers and dosing systems Ensure systems meet

hygienic design standards (EHEDG) Coordinate contractors during installation and commissioning phases Support start-up and performance testing of new production lines

Requirements Experience in

food processing or confectionery production environments Strong knowledge of

mechanical systems and hygienic piping Experience with

thermal processes and temperature-controlled systems Experience leading

installation and commissioning activities Dutch Speaking
