JOB DESCRIPTION: After receiving a thorough introductory training followed by mentoring and coaching, the main tasks of the Medical Representative will consist of: MEDICAL / PHARMACEUTICAL REPRESENTATIVE for the region: Brussels Plan, prepare, execute and report on marketing and sales activities in the territory Promote Krka products as well as the Krka company itself at a high expert level by means of effective marketing and sales skills among specialists and pharmacists. Plan, prepare (including pre- and post-visit analyses), conduct and report on individual visits and group presentations that are perfectly targeted and addressed to the customer according to valid cycle, targeting and routing instructions and in accordance with valid CCPs Ensure the rational use of promotional materials and other marketing and sales tools in order to achieve the best results in an economical and efficient manner Conduct product presentations for customers Present and promote Krka products at external events, congresses and trade fairs in which Krka participates Regularly use the CRM system and keep the customer database up to date Actively participate in (and be properly prepared for) Krka courses, trainings, seminars and e-learning meetings addressed to Medical Representatives Enthusiastic and dynamic Good communication skills and Good presentation skills Basic sales techniques Results-oriented and tasks French speaking and a good knowledge of English is recommended. knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
