We're hiring: Odoo Support Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Odoo Services, you are responsible for structuring, coordinating and ensuring the quality of Odoo support activities, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.
You act as a key point of reference for both customers and internal teams on support-related topics, continuous improvement initiatives, and Odoo migrations. This Odoo Support Manager role will evolve into an Odoo Support Team Lead position.
YOUR ROLE
- Structure and continuously improve the support organisation (processes, tools, priorities, SLAs).
- Deliver high-quality functional support (analysis, prioritisation, resolution and communication).
- Act as the main escalation point for complex or sensitive support cases.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Lead and coordinate Odoo migrations and upgrades for support customers.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3–5 years of experience in software support, ERP support or functional consulting
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo (Odoo certification required)
- Experience in structured support environments (SLAs, prioritisation, service quality)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing priorities
- Customer-focused, analytical and detail-oriented
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
