Omnichannel Specialist (m/f/d) in Brussels/ Evere
Join Toyota Insurance Management SE, the insurance competence centre of one of the world's largest car manufacturers. We are a dynamic, successful company with an automotive focus on private and commercial customers. Our core activities are in the area of insurance and financial services products around the mobility of our Toyota / Lexus customers as well as in the area of special products for our dealer organisation
Your tasks
- Manage the rollout of insurance products/services on a dedicated Toyota/Lexus omnichannel platform.
- Support the deployment of insurance related omnichannel initiatives for all commercial programs.
- Deliver exceptional & seamless customer experience through all online & offline touchpoints.
- Develop and conceptualize omnichannel (online & offline) solutions for customers along the entire customer journey.
- In the context of project management,
- initiate, plan, implement and monitor digital deliverables independently.
- identify, define and prioritize issues; assign accountability; communicate issues to all appropriate stakeholders; drive issues to closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams & partner with service providers and external team members to deliver experiences that drive increased customer engagement and business results.
- Continuous use of a wide range of analytics data to optimize digital channel / tools and derive strategies and tactics to improve performance.
Your profile
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing /Business Management /e-commerce business
- Three years of experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital channels and customer-centric interactions
- Strong project management skills- ability to lead complex project workstreams across multiple dimensions, with internal and external teams & partners.
- Profound knowledge of agile working methods.
- Knowledge of using analytics software & experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of copywriting desirable) in English. Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
