Onsite IT Support Engineer Become the go-to tech expert for our clients as an Onsite IT Support Engineer! You'll be their hero, swooping in to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Get ready to dive into a dynamic environment where you'll tackle diverse challenges and keep our clients' tech humming. What you'll do: Be the first line of defense: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues with a smile. Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with colleagues or fly solo to conquer technical challenges. Gadget guru: Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment. Tech detective: Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory. Software deployment pro: Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other cutting-edge technologies. Ticket master: Document your troubleshooting process and solutions in our ticketing system. Asset guardian: Manage and track IT assets. What you'll need: Proven experience in onsite support and using ticketing systems. Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications. Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS) and configuring mobile devices (Apple and Android) using MS Intune.
