OPE Supply Chain & Customer Care Assistant (M/F)
Replacement contract (maternity leave)

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Care Assistant-OPE (M/F) to join our team, based in Wavre, Belgium.
Replacement contract from January to September 2026.
Under the supervision of the Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager, you will monitor and manage supplies and stocks of products and parts, manage day-to-day relations with customers and ensure rigorous follow-up of their orders.
Let's talk about your role
Customer Care
- Management of day-to-day relations with customers (calls, e-mails, etc.) and monitoring of orders (registration and processing);
- Coordination of relations between the various service providers and internal departments in order to ensure that sales are carried out correctly (carriers, sales representatives, etc.);
- Administrative management of invoicing, customer credit notes and any credit limits or disputes;
- Coordination of the administrative aspects of importing and exporting goods, such as invoices, legal documents and eventual disputes;
- Ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards, processes and best practice at all stages of the sale;
- Maintaining the link between the sales team and the support functions;
- Working closely with the company's various departments (purchasing, accounting, logistics, finance, sales, IT, etc.) and ensuring that administrative information relating to the sale is passed on correctly.
Supply Chain
- Monitoring and management of supplies and inventories of products and parts;
- Consolidate inventory management data to minimize the risk of stock-outs and surpluses;
- Guarantee the logistics management processes for incoming flows (reception, quality control, storage conditions, etc.) and outgoing flows (packaging, transport), as well as compliance with pre-established deadlines;
- Ensure that stock levels match those of the logistician, and, where necessary, analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions;
- Analyze delays and overruns and propose corrective action;
- Participate in supply chain documentation, in particular by producing reports linked to various indicators (service rate, stock coverage, performance, etc.);
- Work closely with internal and external collaborators for all supply chain-related requests.
Your Profile
- Short-term higher education (minimum 3 years), ideally in Logistics Management;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management (tracking purchase orders, receipts , needs and stock analysis ,major import ...) and customer care (customer relations, orders entry and tracking, deliveries, claims management ...);
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English (Minimum B1 level required);
- You have a very strong feeling of the customers' needs and behaviours. You are customer-oriented and keen to serve & satisfy;
- You are a team player and can work in a multi-cultural environment;
- You have strong interpersonal, facilitating and federating skills;
- You are autonomous, rigorous & well organized;
- You are a curious and eager to learn person;
- You have strong analytical & communication skills.
Technical expectations
- You are at ease with IT tools;
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite (outlook, teams, advanced Excel level,...).
Geographical scope

Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.
