• Oversee application lifecycle management (LCM) and ensure servers and apps are up to date.
• Collaborate with vendors, DevOps, and internal teams for smooth updates and changes.
• Manage disaster recovery plans (DRP) and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors and monitor SLAs.
• Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, solving technical issues and coordinating with internal teams.

• Be a key player in managing the service delivery of critical SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and vendors to optimize performance and delivery.
• Work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience with ITIL and service delivery management.
