Operations Manager
in our Energy team.
As a
Operations Manager
at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your Responsabilities:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of changes affecting EWN deliverables, from initiation through post-implementation review.
Evaluate risks, impacts, dependencies, and resource constraints to support informed decision-making.
Ensure changes are aligned with project schedules, construction phases, and commissioning activities.
Prepare documentation and secure approvals.
Coordinate closely with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and project management stakeholders.
Maintain accurate change records, reporting, and audit trails in accordance with governance standards.
Proactively identify potential conflicts or disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
Support release and transition planning to ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to operations.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC project environments.
Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data.
Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities, deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.
