The Role

As a Freelance Paid Social Media Buyer, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and scaling the company’s paid social channels globally. You’ll optimize existing platforms, explore new growth opportunities, and use performance insights to shape the social media buying strategy. Working closely with content creators, digital marketing specialists, and analysts, you’ll help drive impactful campaigns that engage a worldwide audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize global paid social campaigns across existing platforms
• Explore and test new channels such as Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Contribute to paid social strategy by translating performance data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with content and analytics teams to ensure high-performing campaigns
• Support the digital marketing team in driving brand growth and online sales

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in paid social media buying, ideally in B2C / e-commerce product sales
• Proven track record in scaling campaigns across multiple global channels
• Strong understanding of data-driven performance marketing
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Based in Belgium, able to be on-site in Antwerp 2–3 days per week
