Description Our client's manufacturing site is one of the global leaders in the production of biological drug products and mRNA-based vaccines. As such, they are committed to investing to ensure that the manufacturing site is a world-class leader in the latest Industry 4.0 type technologies, including the use of Process Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Automation, Predictive analysis, and supply chain optimization. The recruit with the current contract would be part of the Manufacturing Intelligence Sterile Injectables and Biotech Operations team. As part of this team, the applicant will be a tactical project leader and will provide both project management and technical project execution for the deployment of novel technology. This includes but is not limited to: defining User Requirements Specifications (URS), performing solution development (AI modeling support, analytical method development (PAT), robotics, etc.), piloting the solution, and then deploying it for its intended use through a validation process. Profile Requirements 2-4 years within the Pharma Industry Relevant degree and background in Chemical/Process Engineering, Biotech Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Robotics majors, Digital/Data Science programs with AI/ML majors, or a related technical field Relevant fields of science: Chemistry/Biomedical Sciences Knowledge of cGMP requirements Equipment qualification and related documentation Analytical Method Validation and related documentation (Analytical background for Biotech large molecules considered a plus) Data Science tools (Python, MatLab, Spotfire, SIMCA, Others) Robotic sciences Biopharmaceutical Drug Product manufacturing Our Offer Full-time contract (Freelance also possible).
