We are looking for an expert in Laser and Fiber Photonics. The role centers on hands-on work with fiber-based photonic systems, from initial design through to testing and optimization.

• Design, build, and refine fiber laser systems for experimental and prototype use
• Work with a variety of fiber components
• Perform alignment, testing, characterization, and tuning of laser systems
• Investigate and resolve issues related to system performance and stability
• Document your work clearly and support the delivery of functional prototypes

What we expect from you:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Photonics, Optics, Applied Physics, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with laser systems and fiber optics
• Background in applied R&D or experimental laser development
• Comfortable working in a lab environment
