Your mission

As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production processes. You’ll work closely with operators and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses.
• Developing process control and technical skills among operators.
• Creating and maintaining end-to-end process documentation.
• Preparing clear work instructions and training materials (OPLs, SOPs).
• Providing structured feedback to support process standardization.
• Defining equipment standards to maximize output and reliability.
• Supporting product introductions and process upgrades.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial or Bio-Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of reliability and efficiency metrics (OEE, TPM, etc.).
• Analytical, structured, and pragmatic problem-solver.
• Skilled in MS Office and able to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Hands-on mindset, you enjoy being on the production floor (about 80% of your time).
• A natural coach who empowers operators and promotes teamwork.
