Our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for a Programmatic Media Intern to join its team of around 120 employees.
As a Programmatic Media Intern, you will support our team in optimizing digital advertising efforts, gaining hands-on experience with programmatic platforms to help reach target audiences effectively. This is your chance to learn data-driven marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization while contributing to real client projects.
Key Responsibilities?
- Programmatic Support: Assist in developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Campaign Assistance: Help manage programmatic campaigns, from setup and optimization to basic performance analysis.
- Data Tasks: Use analytics tools to track campaign data, spot simple trends, and support data-driven optimizations.
- Audience Basics: Learn and apply audience targeting techniques to improve ad relevance.
- Budget Monitoring: Support budget tracking to meet KPIs efficiently.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team on ad formats that engage target audiences.
- Tech Exploration: Stay curious about programmatic tools and platforms; evaluate options with guidance.
- Testing Help: Participate in A/B tests and optimizations to boost campaign results.
- Reporting Support: Contribute to performance reports with insights for the team.
- Compliance Awareness: Follow industry standards and best practices in programmatic advertising.
What We're Looking For?
- Basic interest or coursework in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Eagerness to learn analytics tools and data reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends (no prior experience required – we'll teach you!).
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Programmatic certifications (e.g., Google Ads basics, DV360 intro) are a plus but not essential.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or French required; fluency in English essential.
- Current student or recent grad in marketing, communications, or a related field.
