About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the development of electronic and software products for railway applications (safety levels SIL0 to SIL2).

You will act as a key interface between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth coordination of projects from specification to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, software, validation, quality)
• Support the definition and formalization of technical specifications
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify risks and ensure proper follow-up actions
• Contribute to documentation and reporting (technical and project-related)
• Ensure compliance with applicable railway and safety standards (SIL0–SIL2 environment)

Profile & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Experience in electronics and/or embedded software development
• Knowledge of railway, industrial, or safety-critical environments is a strong asset
• Strong ability to formalize specifications and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
