What Are We Looking For?

As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). You play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations (GDP – Good Distribution Practices) and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS in line with applicable ISO standards and other relevant regulations.
• Coordinating and carrying out internal audits, as well as supporting external audits.
• Managing quality documentation and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of quality records.
• Investigating quality issues and complaints, defining corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.
• Training and coaching employees on quality awareness and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate quality initiatives into daily operations.
• Reporting on the status and progress of quality objectives to the management team.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.).
• You have relevant experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• You have knowledge of quality management systems and relevant regulations (such as GDP, ISO 9001; GMP is a plus).
• You are flexible and able to efficiently divide your time between the assigned sites.
• You work in a highly structured manner and solve problems by setting the right priorities.
• You are comfortable working with a wide range of digital systems.
