Quality Manager – Data Centre Construction

Mons, Belgium | Hyperscale Project

We're supporting a leading international contractor delivering a hyperscale data centre project in Mons, Belgium, and are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of quality systems across a complex, fast-paced build.

This is a key role on a flagship mission-critical construction project, working closely with project delivery, CSA, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure quality is embedded from early construction through to handover.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the project Quality Management System (QMS) on a live data centre build
• Driving quality assurance across CSA and MEP packages
• Managing inspections, audits, and documentation control
• Working closely with commissioning teams to ensure systems are delivered right first time
• Supporting subcontractors to meet strict project and client standards

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Quality Manager on data centre or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP delivery environments
• Familiarity with commissioning and handover processes
• Confident working in high-pressure, programme-driven environments
