Job Title: Quantity Surveyor x2

Location: Ireland and Belgium

We're currently partnering with an award-winning international construction specialist to appoint experienced Quantity Surveyors across key European locations; South Tipperary, Ireland and Mons, Belgium.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects, ensuring financial performance, risk mitigation, and strong client and supply chain relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Managing project budgets and commercial performance.
• Administering contracts and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Producing regular commercial and financial reports.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks.
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management.
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Experience with procurement, reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Must already have the right to work in the EU.
