Regulatory & Quality Affairs Manager Food Supplements & Cosmetics

Regulatory Affairs - Food Supplements & Cosmetics:

• Prepare and submit regulatory submissions and variations for products
• Manage and update product information
• Design and validate product mock-ups (labels and packaging)
• CNK management
• Actively participate in BACHI meetings
• Coordinate product distribution in the Netherlands

Quality Affairs - Food Supplements & Cosmetics:

• Handle quality complaints related to food supplements and cosmetic products
• Ensure product compliance with internal and external quality standards

Information & Publicity - Food Supplements & Cosmetics:

• Review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Deputy Local Safety Officer (DLSO):

• Serve as back-up for the Local Safety Officer (LSO) during holidays or absences
• Manage and handle safety cases related to food supplements and cosmetics

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Pharmacy, Bio-engineering or administration with experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• First experience with food supplements is a must
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good planning and organizational skills, autonomous
• Proactive, positive, “can do” attitude
• Good communication and presentation skills
