Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

• Determining requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, customers, management, users and developers
• Analysis of requirements in terms of completeness, consistency, clarity and feasibility
• Structuring requirements into user stories, epics and product backlogs
• Validation and verification of requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Tracking changes and integrating new requirements
• Supporting the development team in the implementation of requirements
• Monitoring the quality of the implemented solutions
• Participation in Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective

This is what we want:

• Completed training / university degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT business analyst, requirements engineer or in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Experience in using common requirements management methods and tools
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a pronounced solution orientation
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams is desirable
