As a Sales Administration Officer, you are responsible for the operational follow-up of offers, orders and contracts, as well as for all communications with the customer. You ensure that you participate in the continuous improvement of the various processes.

Your responsibilities :

• Enter and follow up on orders;
• Distribute price quotations and order confirmations;
• Participate in the drafting and follow-up of customer contracts;
• Write, distribute and follow up on responses to public contracts;
• Coordinate all communications to the customer;
• Determine and communicate delivery times based on analysis and inventory tracking;
• Identify customer needs and participate in the creation of forecasts;
• Coordinate with the Customer Support department for the planning of interventions;
• Coordinate with the Mechanic Production department for production planning;
• Coordinate with the Shipping team for consumable shipment planning;
• Ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction;
• Participate in the optimization of the different processes and procedures;
• Ensure the update of data in the ERP and participate in its evolution/improvement ;

Your profile :

• You have a bachelor degree in foreign trade or management assistant;
• You ideally have a first experience in a similar function;
• You have a good command of English (B2 minimum) any other language is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
• You have strong negotiation and sales skills.
• You are a team player;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have an affinity for continuous improvement and a good sense of priorities
• You are able to take decisions and initiatives.
