While the sales and back-office teams are running at full speed, they are looking for technical and strategic reinforcement that truly makes a difference.

Are you a driven engineer who wants to make an impact not only on paper but also in practice?

You will be the technical partner contributing to the company's growth journey:

  • R&D & Innovation: Work closely with key technology partners and help shape the technical roadmap
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the technical point of contact for major clients and complex projects
  • High-Level Engineering: Solve problems, secure long-term solutions, and elevate clients' knowledge through training
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects and ensure everything is delivered perfectly

Who are we looking for?

  • An engineer with a strong "boots on the ground" mentality
  • Someone who can switch fluently between Dutch, French, and English
  • A professional with the maturity to handle difficult conversations and maintain oversight in a fast-growing scale-up
