The University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) comprises the Medical Faculty and the University Hospital. With over 7,900 employees, the UMG is one of the largest employers in the region. More than 65 clinics, institutes and departments stand for high-quality patient care, excellent research and modern teaching. Göttingen as a city of science is located in the center of Germany and the University Medical Center is integrated into an attractive network of university and non-university scientific institutions.
Göttingen University Medical Center's information technology is at the beginning of the largest redesign project in recent years.
With the construction of a new data center, we are laying the foundation for several major IT projects such as the S/4 HANA conversion, the implementation of a hospital information system and the equipping of the future new building of the University Medical Center for patient care, research and teaching with state-of-the-art IT technology.
Work with us to develop new ways in which hospital software can work and establish them in patient care. Act as the interface between IT and employees and support the IT change. Contribute your creativity and wealth of ideas to the project.
