Senior Analyst – Total Rewards (Benefits Delivery)

The role

As a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards (Benefits Delivery), you will play a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will ensure a smooth and accurate transition of employee benefits, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational integration of employee populations following acquisitions, ensuring compliance and alignment with regional benefits standards
  • Manage and support third-party vendor onboarding and assessment processes, ensuring adherence to strict privacy and security requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact between payroll, shared services, HR teams, and local stakeholders to resolve complex employee queries
  • Analyze benefits data (utilization, costs, trends) and translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-making
  • Support the development and delivery of employee communications to enhance understanding and engagement with benefits programs

Your profile

  • Experience in benefits administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across international teams
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
