Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role as the right hand to the CFO. Working closely with the controller, you will develop a strategic financial plan and actively contribute to the digitalization of our company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with management to understand business objectives and provide strategic financial support in decision-making.
• Establishing and overseeing a comprehensive financial plan aligned with the company's growth objectives. Ensuring proactive management of financial resources.
• Providing in-depth analysis, recommendations, and financial guidance to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Actively participating in the digitalization of the company by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimize financial processes.
• Working closely with different teams to align financial strategies with the company's overall goals.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role, demonstrating strong financial expertise and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Holder of a Master's degree in Economics, Management, or another financial field.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams to achieve set objectives.
• Good knowledge of French and Dutch is an important selection criterion.
