Their model is simple: they fully finance the installation and take care of everything from A to Z, making it easy for partners to offer EV charging on their sites. Backed by one of the largest infrastructure funds in Europe, they are active in several countries and growing quickly in Belgium. The company combines the energy of a tech start-up with the stability of a strong financial partner. As Senior Business Developer, your main responsibilities will be to: Define and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow the EV charging network in Flanders. Identify and approach retail chains, hotel groups, franchisees, real estate owners, and asset managers. Manage the full sales process: from prospecting to solution design, contract negotiation, and signing. Develop creative and tailored proposals aligned with the needs of each partner. Collaborate with the local and international teams to align growth strategies and implementation. Take full ownership of your territory with significant autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will have the following qualities: Proven experience in B2B business development or account management. Fluency in Dutch and English. An entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with the ability to build and structure an approach in a new market. Comfortable with prospecting - strategic, persistent, and able to open the right doors. Confidence in engaging with franchisees and senior stakeholders (owners, asset managers). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and purpose-driven environment.
