We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple electrical maintenance projects in a dynamic data center environment. You will oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ranging from €25,000 to €1,000,000, across various lifecycle phases. The focus is on maintaining and upgrading existing assets, ensuring operational continuity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage several electrical maintenance projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closure
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Budget and Schedule Control: Develop, track, and report on project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Site Management: Maintain a strong presence on-site in Mons, coordinating activities and resolving issues promptly
• Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure all work complies with relevant standards and regulations
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and technical records

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree or Electro-mechanical engineering
• Minimum 10 years' project management experience
• Experience in data center or critical facility environments, with a strong focus on electrical systems
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification mandatory
• Language: Fluent in English; advanced proficiency in French required
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven understanding of data center electrical infrastructure, maintenance best practices, and relevant European standards
