Your responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough need analysis to tailor sales approaches that meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Effectively close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Very good command of Dutch.
• Proven experience in sales (solutions selling).
• Influencing: Persuade and influence potential clients to choose our services.
• Assertiveness: Confidently present and negotiate with clients to close deals.
• Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude and perseverance in the face of challenges and setbacks.
• Motivation/Drive: Demonstrate high levels of motivation and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
