Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing our team of project managers. You play a crucial role in ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability. You will achieve this through:
1. Leadership and Coaching
- Providing daily management and guidance to the project management team.
- Drafting and implementing personal development plans, coaching team members to achieve both professional and personal growth.
- Cultivating a culture centered on collaboration, safety, and accountability.
2. Process Optimization
- Analyzing and refining existing project management processes.
- Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively contributing to organizational improvement initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Service Centres, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Acting as the primary point of escalation for complex projects.
4. Safety and Cost Management
- Ensuring all projects adhere to the highest safety standards.
- Monitoring budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a driven leader who thinks strategically, inspires others, and delivers operational results.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering).
- Skills: * Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- The ability to motivate people and navigate change management processes.
- Focus: You are results-oriented but always maintain a focus on people and safety.
