What You’ll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll partner with our site departments and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies. Here’s what you’ll take ownership of:
- Lead and Innovate : Drive financial forecasting and management reporting, and oversee consolidated site reporting that informs key business decisions.
- Be a Strategic Partner : Work closely with various departments, providing financial insights and actionable analysis that support their objectives.
- Optimize and Improve : Contribute to the enhancement of business processes, implementing smarter and more efficient financial workflows.
- Support and Advise : Provide essential financial guidance for capital planning, ensuring that strategic investments align with our company’s goals.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports.
- Oversee monthly closings and consolidate management reporting for the site.
- Collaborate on the development and review of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Partner with budget owners to manage spending, focusing on headcount, operating expenses, and financial targets.
- Use financial modelling and analysis to support key projects.
- Provide input on manufacturing and inventory accounting, including variance analysis.
- Challenge the status quo by driving continuous process improvements and maintaining internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both expertise and a proactive mindset:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- 1-5 years of experience in a multinational, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Proficiency with SAP and strong Excel capabilities.
- A solid grasp of budgeting, forecasting , and inventory accounting .
- Proven experience in business partnering and building effective relationships.
- Analytical prowess, coupled with problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills —you’re clear, concise, and persuasive.
- A proactive, improvement-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Dutch .
